Song - "Set Me Free"

This is and original song that I found back in the archives. It is a song that describes my return to my faith, and stepping back into a church for the first time. I was ashamed but knew I had nowhere else to go. I knew at that point that if I continued to live a life of mere pleasure I would only die.
“Set Me Free”
Here I walk this lonely road
Looking for hope to shed this pain
All the anger and desperation
Make me a prisoner who's locked and chained
But I trod and I believe
That there is something that will set me free
I heard the call so I go
I wanted bad so much I will bleed
Set me free set me free
I want to love I want to see
Set me free set me free
This world’s too cold and I want to breathe
I heard them bills they were calling me
I began to shake would they let me in
Through the door so anxiously
I sat down I could only breathe
They are he was up on that cross
Full of pain just like me
So they spoke and then they sang
About his love and it could set me free
Set me free set me free
I want to love I want to see
Set me free set me free
This world’s too cold and I want to breathe
I don't deserve you
All the pain that I've put him through
Oh I weep as I kneel in pain
Forgive Ness it has set me free
Set me free set me free
I want to love I want to see
Set me free set me free
This world’s too cold and I want to breathe
So I stand walk out the door
With his fire deep inside
I'm still a man but now I'm free
He's by my side please don't leave me
Set me free set me free
I want to love I want to see
Set me free set me free
This world’s too cold and I want to breathe

Set me free
